Developing the next generation of leaders in God’s Kingdom has existed throughout Christendom.  This program will help participants to identify and provide concrete steps to encourage future leaders, whether you are currently serving as an elder, deacon, minister or aspiring to be a leader in the church.

You will have the opportunity to connect with church leaders around the Northwest in roundtable discussion groups.  There will also be a special women’s track in the program for wives of current and aspiring leaders.
