A Worthy Walk
Theme: This year’s Theme is A Worthy Walk and comes from Ephesians 4:1. Paul exhorts Christians to live in a manner worthy of the calling we have received in Christ. Our speakers will be exhorting us to develop closer ties to the body of Christ and to strengthen and bolster our walk with Jesus Christ Hims

Speakers: This year we have two speakers. Gregg Strawn is the preaching minister at the Circle Church of Christ. He has a passion for mentoring and encouraging men and helping them connect deeply with the body of Christ. James Freie is the preaching minister at the Prineville Church of Christ. He has a lot of experience in the area of spiritual formation and will help us see how we can deepen our relationship with Jesus Christ, the author and perfecter of our faith.
Special events: Back by popular demand we will have a 22 Long Rifle Shooting Contest on Friday afternoon. Prizes will be awarded for several different age brackets. Do not bring your own rifles! We will also have a talent show on Friday evening. So, if you’ve got talent, come ready to participate.
General Schedule: March 9 -11, 2017. Arrive at camp Yamhill after 6pm on Thursday to get a place to sleep. We have a casual evening program with lots of fellowship time. The retreat wraps up just before lunch on Saturday so you have plenty of time to get home for your Sunday obligations. (Detailed schedule below)
Cost: the Cost for the entire retreat is $88.
